All sales are final.
Each piece is produced in limited quantities and crafted with intention — because of that, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or fit issues. Please double-check your size and details before placing your order. If you have questions, you can always email us at alwaysonindustries@gmail.com for a prompt response.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at alwaysonindustries@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your order and make it right.
If a return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and shipping details. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
For size exchanges, if inventory allows, we may offer a one-time exchange (shipping costs apply).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve it quickly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All limited-edition releases, sale items, and gift cards are final sale.
We also cannot accept returns on custom or personalized products.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
